Terms of Service

By accessing and using DugAds services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and DugAds ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

DugAds provides digital marketing and business solution services including but not limited to:

• Bulk WhatsApp messaging services
• Bulk SMS marketing campaigns
• Social media marketing and management
• Business marketing strategy and consultation
• Website design and development
• Digital marketing services and advertising

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when requested
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of DugAds and third parties
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You are solely responsible for all content and materials you provide to us and for ensuring compliance with applicable marketing regulations, including but not limited to spam laws and consent requirements.

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and specific service agreements
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

We accept various payment methods as specified in our service agreements. Payment disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DugAds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DugAds for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if:

• You breach any of these Terms
• You fail to make required payments
• Your use of our services violates applicable laws
• We determine that continuing the service relationship is not in our best interest

Upon termination, you remain liable for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
